Unattended and Memorial Funeral services 

These fees relate to any funeral holding a non-attended cremation or burial committal, are required to be paid in full either at the time of arrangement or no later than 72 hours prior to the service taking place 

Attended Funeral service 

A deposit made up of £960 to be paid at the arrangement or no later than 72 Hours after the estimate form is signed. 

Final Funeral Cost 

 The account can be paid for by cash, cheque, bank transfer or by debit or credit card. 

Also note that the client is personally liable for making full payment of all our charges and disbursements and by passing the final invoice to a third party for example the DWP, a bank or funeral plan or life insurance provider will not discharge the liability. 

We ask that the final funeral accounts are paid within 14 days of the date of the final invoice. 

Overdue Accounts 

Should you fail to make any payments to us when due, we may charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of 10% a year above the base lending rate of Natwest Bank PLC from time to time. This interest shall accrue daily from the due date until the actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgement. You must pay us interest together with any overdue amount, if the order has been placed by two or more individuals, each shall be liable jointly and severally for all the obligations of the contract, we may engage a third party company to collect the balance on our behalf who may also add fees, charges and interest.

From time to time we may make donations in excess of £200 to various good causes and charities in the area. The register of charitable donations and gratuities should we make any, will be available both in branch and on our website, any donations that may be made will not be from collections at funeral services.
