Yes, however an extra charge will apply in most districts. Contact Us

What options are available when I receive ashes?

There are many options available such as burying the ashes in a new or existing grave. You can also arrange to scatter the ashes in an area at your chosen crematorium or churchyard. Some people choose for a private scatter in their loved ones favourite place (permission may need to be given) or even to keep the ashes at home. The funeral director will be happy to offer advice were required. Contact Us

Do I need to pay for the funeral upfront?

No. The funeral director will usually request a deposit which will pay for any third party charges (Crematorium, church, doctors fees etc). The funeral directors charges will usually be requested within two weeks of the funeral taking place (this time period may vary). Contact Us

Does somebody who has passed away have to be embalmed?

No. Sometimes it may have been a person’s wishes not to be embalmed. This could be due to religious reasons or that the person stressed this wish during their life. Although embalming is advised and often helps to maintain dignity you are not under any obligation to accept this service. Contact Us
